Privacy Policy

BambuFarm (the “App”) and BambuFarm Bridge (the “Desktop App”) are provided by Degentech SAS (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Colombia (degentech.co). This policy explains what data the App and our servers handle, why, and what choices you have.

We do not sell your data and we do not show ads. BambuFarm is not affiliated with Bambu Lab.

• Bambu Lab account details. When you sign in, we receive your Bambu Lab user ID, email, account name and display name. Your Bambu Lab password is sent directly to Bambu Lab to sign in and is never stored by us.
• Bambu Lab session tokens. We store the access and refresh tokens Bambu Lab issues so our server can keep watching your printers and send you alerts while the App is closed. They are stored on your device in the iOS Keychain and on our servers.
• Printer and print data. Printer names and IDs, status, job titles, progress and timing, retrieved from Bambu Lab on your behalf.
• Notification tokens. Push notification and Live Activity tokens so we can deliver print alerts and live progress to your device, plus a history of the alerts we sent.
• Camera images. When BambuFarm Bridge is running, camera frames from your printers pass through our servers so you can watch them from anywhere. When a print finishes, fails or is cancelled, we may store one camera frame from that moment together with the print's status data, to train and improve our own print failure detection. If print failure detection is active, snapshots are also analyzed by an AI provider.
• Bridge activity. When BambuFarm Bridge is connected we record when it connected and how many printers it reported.
• Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive the subscription status (active plan, renewal and expiry) through RevenueCat using an anonymous app user ID. We never see your payment card or Apple ID.

• Show your printers, jobs and history in the App.
• Send push notifications, widgets and Live Activities about your prints.
• Detect possible print failures, and train our own failure detection from print-outcome camera frames.
• Unlock the features of your subscription plan and restore purchases.
• Keep the service running: debugging, abuse prevention and aggregate capacity planning.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service, and only for that purpose:

• Bambu Lab — the source of your printer data; we call its cloud API with your session tokens.
• Apple — App Store payments and push notification delivery.
• Expo — push notification delivery.
• RevenueCat — subscription status and receipt validation.
• Anthropic — analysis of camera snapshots for print failure detection.
• Cloudflare — storage (R2) for the print-outcome camera frames described above.
• Railway — hosting for our servers and database.

• Sent-notification history is deleted after 30 days.
• Print failure analysis results are deleted after 30 days.
• Print-outcome camera frames are kept while we use them to improve failure detection. You can ask us to delete the ones from your printers at any time.
• Bridge connection records are deleted after 90 days.
• When you uninstall the App, Apple reports your notification token as invalid and we automatically delete your account record, tokens and printer data.
• Signing out removes your tokens from the device. To delete your data from our servers at any time, email contact@bambufarm.app from the address on your Bambu Lab account.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). On your device, session tokens are kept in the iOS Keychain. Access to our servers is restricted to the team that operates the Service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

Depending on where you live (including under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below; we reply within 15 business days.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
