Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using BambuFarm (the “App”), BambuFarm Bridge (the “Desktop App”), or accessing any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Degentech SAS (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered and operating under the laws of Colombia, accessible at degentech.co.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

BambuFarm is a free iOS and iPadOS application available on the Apple App Store. The App allows users to monitor and manage their Bambu Lab 3D printer fleets. Key features of the Service include:

• Real-time printer status monitoring via Bambu Lab's cloud API
• Live camera feeds from connected printers
• Print job tracking and progress monitoring
• Push notifications for print events and status changes
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
• Multi-printer fleet management

The Service relies on connectivity to Bambu Lab's cloud infrastructure. The availability, accuracy, and reliability of data displayed within the App are dependent on Bambu Lab's systems and your network connection.

To use BambuFarm, you must authenticate with your existing Bambu Lab account. By providing your Bambu Lab credentials, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bambu Lab account credentials.
• BambuFarm uses your credentials exclusively to connect to Bambu Lab's cloud API on your behalf and retrieve printer data.
• We do not store your Bambu Lab password on our servers. Your authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account within the App.
• You must comply with Bambu Lab's own terms of service and acceptable use policies when using BambuFarm.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe your account is being used in violation of these Terms or Bambu Lab's policies.

BambuFarm Bridge is a companion desktop application that acts as a local bridge to relay camera feeds from your Bambu Lab printers to the BambuFarm mobile app. By using BambuFarm Bridge, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• BambuFarm Bridge must be installed and running on a computer connected to the same local network as your printers for camera feed functionality.
• The desktop app accesses your printers' local camera streams and relays them to your mobile device.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your network configuration permits the necessary connections between BambuFarm Bridge, your printers, and the mobile app.
• BambuFarm Bridge is provided “as is” and may require updates to remain compatible with printer firmware changes.

Camera feed quality and availability depend on your local network conditions, printer firmware, and hardware capabilities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted camera streaming.

Your privacy is important to us. The following outlines how data is handled within the Service:

• BambuFarm connects to Bambu Lab's cloud API to retrieve printer data on your behalf. This data includes printer status, print job information, and device metadata.
• Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using platform-provided secure storage mechanisms.
• Camera feeds are streamed locally through BambuFarm Bridge and are not routed through or stored on our servers.
• We may collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the Service. No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
• Push notification tokens are processed to deliver printer status alerts to your device.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the App, BambuFarm Bridge, associated branding, design, code, and documentation, are owned by Degentech SAS or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or BambuFarm Bridge, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Service.
• Use the BambuFarm name, logo, or branding without prior written consent from Degentech SAS.

“Bambu Lab” and related trademarks are the property of Bambu Lab and are used in the Service solely for descriptive purposes to identify compatible hardware.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, we specifically disclaim:

• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data retrieved from Bambu Lab's API.
• Any warranty that the Service will be compatible with future Bambu Lab firmware updates, API changes, or new hardware.
• Any responsibility for actions taken by Bambu Lab that may affect the functionality of BambuFarm, including API restrictions, rate limiting, or service discontinuation.

BambuFarm relies on third-party APIs and services that are outside our control. Changes to Bambu Lab's cloud infrastructure, API, or policies may impact the Service's functionality without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Degentech SAS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Any damages resulting from printer malfunctions, failed prints, or hardware issues, whether or not the App was used for monitoring.
• Any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• Any damages caused by interruptions to Bambu Lab's API, network outages, or third-party service failures.
• Any unauthorized access to your Bambu Lab account that does not result from our gross negligence.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. As the App is provided free of charge, this amount may be zero.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may notify you through the App or via other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our terms and conditions.
