Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Degentech SAS (“Degentech”, “we”, “us”), a company organized under the laws of Colombia. They cover:

• The BambuFarm app for iPhone and iPad.
• The web dashboard and website at bambufarm.app.
• BambuFarm Bridge for desktop and ESP32.
• Our servers and every related feature.

Together these are the “Service”. By downloading, installing, signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms for you. If you use the Service for a business, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.

BambuFarm lets you monitor and manage Bambu Lab 3D printers. Features include:

• Live status.
• Notifications, Live Activities and widgets.
• Print history.
• Camera viewing.
• Remote printer commands.
• Fleet tools.

Features differ between the app, the web dashboard and BambuFarm Bridge. They also depend on your plan, your printers, their firmware and your network.

BambuFarm is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Bambu Lab. The Service works by using Bambu Lab’s cloud services, MQTT servers, network software and local printer interfaces on your behalf. Bambu Lab does not offer these interfaces as an official, supported way for other products to connect. Bambu Lab can change, restrict or shut them down at any time, which can break features of the Service in part or in full. We don’t control Bambu Lab, and we are not responsible for:

• The availability or accuracy of its services.
• Any action Bambu Lab takes on your account, printers or warranty because you use third-party software.

We may add, change, limit or remove features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.

You sign in with your Bambu Lab account. By signing in, you:

• Authorize us to access your Bambu Lab account and printers on your behalf, using the session tokens Bambu Lab issues. We store these tokens on our servers, as the Privacy Policy explains. We use them to provide the Service, including while the app is closed.
• Confirm that you own the account, or are authorized to use it and the printers linked to it.
• Remain responsible for complying with Bambu Lab’s own terms and policies, for keeping your credentials and devices secure, and for all activity through your account.

You can end our access at any time. Sign out of the app and the dashboard, stop BambuFarm Bridge, and change your Bambu Lab password.

• Plans. The free plan monitors one printer. Paid plans cover more printers and may include extra features. The current plans, prices and limits are shown in the app at the time of purchase. A plan applies to your Bambu Lab account in the app and on the web dashboard.
• Billing by Apple. Subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Apple handles refunds under its own policies. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
• Price and plan changes. We may change prices and plans. Apple will tell you about price increases on existing subscriptions as its rules require, and you can cancel before they apply.
• Limits. Plans limit how many printers you can monitor and use with cloud features. Our servers enforce these limits, including how often the covered printers can change. Trying to get around plan limits breaches these Terms.
• Early supporters. Benefits offered to users who joined before paid plans launched last until the date we announced. We may end them after that date.
• Beta features. Features marked beta or preview, including Bambu Cloud cameras and controls and the ESP32 firmware, are experimental. They may be limited to some accounts, change, or be removed, and they are excluded from any commitment about plan contents.

• You are solely responsible for every command sent from your account or your BambuFarm Bridge, and for the condition, setup, supervision and safe operation of your printers, their surroundings and anything they produce.
• Before sending a command, make sure the printer is in a safe state. Never send movement, heating or extrusion commands to a printer you cannot confirm is clear and safe.
• The Service is not a safety system. Notifications, Live Activities, camera images, error alerts and any automatic failure detection can be late, wrong, incomplete or missing. Never rely on them to prevent damage, fire or injury.
• Follow Bambu Lab’s safety instructions, keep appropriate fire safety measures in place, and don’t leave printers running unattended where that is unsafe.

BambuFarm Bridge runs on your computer or ESP32 board, on the same local network as your printers. It:

• Scans that network to find printers.
• Connects to them with their access codes.
• Relays camera images to our servers.
• Runs printer commands sent from your account.

Install it only on networks and devices you own or are allowed to use, and only connect printers and IP cameras you are entitled to access.

You are responsible for:

• Your network configuration.
• The security of the device running Bridge.
• Getting consent from anyone your cameras may capture.

Bridge depends on printer firmware and may need updates to keep working. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted camera streaming or command delivery.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, or to access printers, cameras, accounts or networks you are not authorized to use.
• Get around plan limits, payment or access controls, or use another person’s account or tokens without their permission.
• Interfere with the Service or its users. This includes:
  • Probing, scanning or attacking our servers.
  • Sending excessive requests.
  • Reverse engineering our servers or private interfaces.
  • Scraping.
  • Reusing our API keys outside the official apps.
• Use camera features to watch people without their knowledge or consent.
• Resell, sublicense or offer the Service to others as your own, except to manage printers you operate.

We may suspend or end your access, without notice where reasonable, if we believe you have broken these Terms or put the Service, our users or third parties at risk.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and logos, belongs to Degentech or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

Bambu Lab and its product names are trademarks of their owner. Your print files, job names and camera images stay yours. You give us the rights we need to process them to provide the Service, and to improve it as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, with no obligation to you.

The Service relies on third parties we don’t control: Bambu Lab, Apple, Expo, RevenueCat, Railway, Vercel, Cloudflare, GitHub and others. Their terms govern your use of their services. We are not responsible for their services, content, availability or practices, or for any loss they cause.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent the law allows.

• Damage to printers, property or premises, fire, injury, failed or lost prints, wasted filament or downtime.
• Commands that are delayed, missed, repeated or carried out, whether sent by you, by our systems, or through BambuFarm Bridge.
• Notifications, alerts, camera images or failure detection that are late, wrong or missing.
• Actions, outages or changes by Bambu Lab or any other third party, including restrictions on your Bambu Lab account.
• Unauthorized access to your accounts, devices, network or data that does not result from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These limits apply to every theory of liability, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability and statute, even if we were told such damages were possible. They do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence where the law forbids limiting it.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Degentech and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents against claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your printers, cameras and network, and anything they produce or capture.
• Commands sent from your account or your BambuFarm Bridge.
• Your breach of these Terms or of Bambu Lab’s terms.
• Your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights.

You can stop using the Service at any time by doing the following:

• Signing out.
• Removing the app and BambuFarm Bridge.
• Cancelling your subscription with Apple.

We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, at any time. For example, we may do so if Bambu Lab changes its systems, if keeping the Service running is no longer viable, or if you break these Terms.

If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will try to give reasonable notice. Sections 5, 8 to 12, 15 and 16 survive termination.

If you got the app from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Degentech, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the app’s purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation, to the extent permitted by law.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app or your use of it. This includes product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection or privacy claims, and claims that the app infringes third-party intellectual property.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Colombia have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at contact@bambufarm.app and try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections the law of your country of residence gives you, including the right to bring proceedings there where that law allows it.

• Changes. We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will also notify you in the app, on the website or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy, together with Apple’s terms for purchases, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed and the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver. If we don’t enforce a provision, we have not waived it.
• Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include outages of Bambu Lab, Apple or our hosting providers, internet failures, attacks and natural events.
• Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls.
